I am a trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York. I hold both a BSc degree in Management Studies and MSc. In Economics from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and a MSc. In Air Transportation Management from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
a cancer patient (and I must dare say a student)
I spent one month being immersed, as a cancer patient (and I must dare say a student), at the Immunity Therapy Center in Mexico. In Mexico I was exposed to a wide range of alternative complementary cancer therapies. I learned about Oxygen Therapy, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy, hyperthermia, Rife therapy, Red Light-NIR therapy, and immunotherapy. These were used to complement medical treatments.
I have worked in corporate as an innovation manager, research economist, and strategic planner. I am also a voracious reader of evidence-based research on chronic illnesses. With my eclectic experiences and training, I am able to help clients better understand and have more meaningful discussions on their health, with their healthcare providers. I use the DISCERN Path as the coaching framework, helping clients to make important lifestyle changes and achieve healthier lives.
